Disney World

While we were in Florida we took Elle to Disney Word in Orlando. We were kind of nervous to go because it was supposed to rain and the tickets were so expensive, but it only ended up raining for 30 minutes which cooled everything off, so it was perfect! The only other thing that was a little awkward was that it was Gay Pride week and so over half the people in Magic Kingdom were gay men wearing their gay pride/gay day red t-shirts. But for the most part it was a pretty terrific day and Elle loved it! She said her favorite part was meeting the princesses and riding dumbo. She was even big enough to ride a little roller coaster with daddy. The night before we walked around in Downtown Disney and ate at Planet Hollywood which was SUPER delicious! It was a fun time and I think we will take her again in a few years, maybe with some cousins or friends.
