Jack Henry Eaton

Our little bundle of joy was born on July 21st at 11:37 am weighing 8 lbs 12 oz and was 21 inches long. It took about 6 1/2 hours from the time they put me on pitocin for him to arrive. I didn't even have to push him out, he just kind of fell right out when the doctor got there (thanks lil boy, mommy loves you!) He is such a sweet boy with squishy chubby cheeks and we already love him so much. Right now he is just sleeping alot and nursing really good. He has a little bit of reflux but hopefully will grow out of that soon. My mom got here a few days before I was induced and has been a great help. She will be here for the next week and a half helping out and letting me get some sleep:) Elle is in heaven she is getting lots of attention and also likes the idea of having a new little brother. Jack gave her a strawberry shortcake set at the hospital and she was so delighted! She has been giving him loves, singing songs to him and helping out when asked. We hope the transition with her and Jack will be a good one. Just wanted to give a quick update and share some pictures. I am going to try and get him newborn pictures done before he is two weeks old so will have a better update of him later on.

Me and my friend, Mel, took our girls out for some picture takin, but it was so hot and the girls weren't really giving us what we wanted. What should we expect, they are three right?! lol..here are the better ones I got.

What we've been up to..

Lots of Elle and daddy time! Swimming and playing and eating and sleeping pretty much sums up our days. James got me a foot bath for mothers day last month and Elle came up to me after we had opened it and acted like I was so ridiculous for ever thinking that it was mine "mommy you wont fit in this so I guess it has to be mine" She is right I definitely won't fit into that, good thing it is for my feet! Silly girl. She sat in it with her swimming suit on.. I think the only part she caught at first was the "bath" part. Once we explained it to her she did it the right way, with her little feet!

Pregnancy 32 weeks in...

My maternity clothes section in my closet is getting smaller and smaller because I keep getting bigger and bigger

I am getting pretty good picking up things that are on the floor with my feet because its too much work to bend over now:(

My little guy moves SO much! Sometimes I feel like he is going to break out of my stomach!

The back pain has BEGUN...dun dun dun

The only thing I am really good at right now is eating...lol..especially TGI Fridays pecan crusted chicken salad

My legs and feet have started swelling and my sweet husband usually gives me a foot massage every night

I am so glad James is home for the next month or so to pick up the slack, love ya honey!

p.s. you really don't want to see any pictures of me at this point but maybe I will have James take a picture of just my belly later, we'll see.

Soccer footage

Elle is #2 if you can even see her. A bunch of three year olds running around not really knowing what they are doing is pretty darn cute.
